| Many of our staff members have been here for over ten years. We pride ourselves on our low turnover among staff. Our staff members are all licensed and/or certified if their specific profession requires that. Department heads are highly experiencd in their respective fields. We are a small and close knit community and pride ourselves on our smooth and harmonious working relationships with each other. This type of environment is truly beneficial to the residents who reap the benefits through our caring, concern and skills training. |
